Palin?
Yea, Palin. The mayor of a 6000 person town-turned-half-a-term governor. That Palin.
I guess the experience narrative is over for the McCain campaign (despite some hilarious attempts by the right-wing talking heads to spin her experience as "executive" and therefore more valuable than Biden's and Obama's combined, even when it somes to sitting down with Iran).
Here's the message McCain sends with this pick: "Dear disgruntled feminist supporters of Hillary Clinton. I know that the real reason you supported the New York senator was not her lifetime of fighting for Democratic issues, it was the fact that she did not have a Y-chromosome. So, to you I offer the following: a woman who is in disagreement with Hillary on nearly every single issue of our time. I trust the transition will be easy for you, because you women do not have the mental capacity to notice the difference"
Disgusting.
(for those of you who doubt that Palin was a carefully calculated pick to go after these mythical disgruntled PUMAs, go watch Palin's remarks in Dayton from today in which she compares herself to Clinton and the 18 million cracks in the glass ceiling)
